 Community Health works with individuals, families and communities to make sure they have the best possible health outcomes. Professional nursing and nutrition staff provide services and organize other health-related services.

Community Health Services provide public health services for all ages:  infants, children, adolescents, pregnant and postpartum women, adults and seniors.
