Registered Nurse - Full- Time or Part-Time

Department: Mobridge Regional Hospital or Mobridge Medical Clinic
Qualifications
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Licensure: License to practice professional nursing in the state of South Dakota
Experience: Experience is preferred, but not necessary
Schedule: Every third weekend and holiday. 8 and 12 hours shifts available. Rotate shifts
Internship: A Summer internship is available to nursing students with two semesters or less left in their baccalaureate program. Interships are from
the beginning of June to the beginning of August.
Requirements include:
A completed application to the facility (summer internship/temporary hire status)
Two letters of reference
A letter of intent or expectations
Current transcript with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
Interns will be assigned a mentor and will work 32 hours/week with their mentor. After the interna has been oriented they will be able to do procedures at an RN level with the direct supervision of their mentor. Upon completion of the program the intern will be asked to evaluate the
program.
